Foxes in a FixTerms of Use
These terms are a short, plain-language agreement between you and Atta Games Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Atta Games", "we", "us") about the mobile game Foxes in a Fix (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.
1. The Game is free
Foxes in a Fix is free to download and play. Everything you need to finish the Game is available without paying.
2. Optional purchases and ads
- The Game shows ads, including optional reward videos you can choose to watch.
- The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example "No Ads" or helper packs). Purchases are handled by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) under their own terms and refund rules; we do not see or store your payment details.
- Virtual items (coins, helpers) have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are a limited licence to use them inside the Game.
- Lasting purchases such as "No Ads" can be restored on the same Google account through Google Play, or on iOS with "Restore purchases" in the Game's settings using the same Apple Account.
3. No account
The Game has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or change devices, progress may be lost; we cannot recover it.
4. Age
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
5. Fair use
Please do not cheat, tamper with, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Game or its artwork, sounds and code. The Game and its content belong to Atta Games and its licensors.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, and we may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Atta Games is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
