Data Deletion
Good news: there is no account to delete
Foxes in a Fix does not use accounts or sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your game progress (levels, coins, helpers, settings) is stored only on your device.
1. Delete game data on your device
Uninstalling the Game removes all local game data. You can also clear the data without uninstalling: open Android Settings > Apps > Foxes in a Fix > Storage > Clear data.
If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, a copy of the Game's data may exist in your own device backup. That backup belongs to your Google account; you can manage or delete it under Settings > Google > Backup. We cannot access it.
2. Reset your advertising ID
Ads (Google AdMob), ad measurement (Meta SDK) and analytics (Google Firebase) use your device's advertising ID, not your identity. To cut the link to past data, reset or delete the ID in Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID. After a reset, new data cannot be connected to the old ID.
3. Ask us to delete analytics data
Analytics and crash data linked to your device's app instance can be deleted on request. Email support@atta.games with the subject "Foxes in a Fix data deletion". Because the Game has no accounts, we cannot find your data by name; if you can, include your advertising ID (shown in Settings > Privacy > Ads) or the approximate date you installed the Game so we can locate the records. We reply within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: analytics events and crash logs linked to your app instance that we still hold.
- Kept: purchase records held by Google Play (needed for refunds and tax law) and aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify any device.
- Data held by Google (AdMob, Play, Firebase) and Meta under their own policies is controlled by them; their deletion options are described in our Privacy Policy.
