Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Foxes in a Fix (Android package and iOS bundle ID com.attagames.foxesinafix, together the "Game") collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. The short version
- You do not create an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
- Your game progress is stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads through Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). These services process some device information as described below.
- We use Google Firebase to understand how the Game is played and to find crashes.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored on your device
Level progress, coins, helpers, settings and similar game data are saved locally on your device. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this data in your own device backup; that backup is handled by Google under your Google account settings, and we cannot access it. On iOS, the data may be included in your iCloud or device backup if you have turned that on; that backup is handled by Apple under your Apple Account settings, and we cannot access it. Uninstalling the Game removes the local data.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- your device's advertising ID and app set ID,
- your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location),
- device and app information (for example device model, operating system, language),
- ad interactions (for example ad views and taps) and diagnostic information.
Your choices. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states), the Game asks for your consent or shows your privacy choices through Google's consent tool before ads are requested, and you can change them later in the Game's settings ("Ad privacy choices") where that option is shown. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
iOS: App Tracking Transparency. On iPhone, the Game and its advertising and measurement partners can access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking when iOS asks you. The Game first shows a short explanation, then Apple's own permission dialog. If you do not allow tracking, ads are still shown and measured without the IDFA. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Buying "No Ads" removes the ads shown between levels; optional reward videos remain available only if you choose to watch them.
Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. In-app purchases (Google Play and Apple App Store)
Payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. Google Play tells the Game which item was bought, together with an order or transaction identifier, so that the Game can deliver the item, restore lasting purchases (such as "No Ads") and prevent duplicate delivery. See the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's privacy policy.
On iOS, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details. Apple sends the Game a signed record of the purchase (product, transaction identifier, date and environment), which the Game checks on your device before delivering the item. Lasting purchases such as "No Ads" can be restored with "Restore purchases" in the Game's settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. See Apple's Media Services Terms and Apple's privacy policy.
5. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config, services of Google LLC, to:
- understand how players use the Game (for example which levels are started, completed or failed, which helpers are used, shop and ad events),
- detect and fix crashes and performance problems,
- adjust game settings remotely (for example difficulty or how often ads appear) without an app update.
On Android, to understand which advertising campaign led to an install, the Game also reads the Google Play Install Referrer (which ad or link led to the install) through Google Play services; this is used only for advertising measurement and analytics.
These services may process an app instance identifier, device and app information, approximate location derived from the IP address, in-game events and crash logs. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Game schedules reminders locally on your device (for example about your daily streak). No notification content is sent from our servers. You can turn reminders off in the Game's settings or in your Android or iOS settings at any time.
6a. Advertising measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta (Facebook) SDK, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The SDK may process your device's advertising ID, device and app information, and in-game events such as installs, app launches, levels reached, tutorial completion, ad views and purchases (amount and product). Where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), these events are sent only if you consent through the Game's consent tool. On iOS, Meta receives your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency); otherwise events are sent without it. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. See https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Google AdMob, Google Play, Google Firebase, Apple, Meta Platforms) for the purposes described, or when required by law.
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data security and international transfers
Data sent by the Game travels encrypted over HTTPS. Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because the Game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you personally; contact us at support@atta.games and we will help you exercise your rights, including deletion of analytics data linked to your device. You can also reset your advertising ID and uninstall the Game at any time. See also our data deletion page.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the Game changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted in the Game's store listing or in the Game.
