Terms of Use
These terms are a short, plain-language agreement between you and Atta Games Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Atta Games", "we", "us") about the mobile game Trayful (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.
1. The Game is free
Trayful is free to download and play. Everything you need to finish the Game is available without paying.
2. Ads and purchases
The first release of the Game (November 2026) shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases. If a later version adds them, these terms and the store listing will say so before they appear.
3. No account
The Game has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game or change devices, progress may be lost; we cannot recover it.
4. Age
The Game is intended for players aged 18 and over.
5. Fair use
Please do not cheat, tamper with, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the Game or its artwork, sounds and code. The Game and its content belong to Atta Games and its licensors.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, and we may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Atta Games is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
