Data Deletion
This page covers Trayful on Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad), app ID com.attagames.trayful on both.
Good news: there is no account to delete
Trayful does not use accounts or sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your game progress (levels, settings) is stored only on your device and in your own device backup, if you use one.
1. Delete game data on your device
Android: uninstalling the Game removes all local game data. You can also clear the data without uninstalling: open Android Settings > Apps > Trayful > Storage > Clear data.
If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, a copy of the Game's data may exist in your own device backup. That backup belongs to your Google account; you can manage or delete it under Settings > Google > Backup. We cannot access it.
iPhone and iPad: deleting the Game removes all local game data. Press and hold the Trayful icon, then tap Remove App > Delete App, or open Settings > General > iPhone Storage (iPad Storage on an iPad) > Trayful > Delete App. "Offload App" is not enough: it keeps the Game's data on the device.
If iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer is turned on, Apple includes the Game's data in that backup of your device. That backup belongs to your Apple Account or your computer; you can manage or delete iCloud backups under Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage (or Manage Account Storage) > Backups. The Game does not sync its data to iCloud, and we cannot access your backups.
2. Start fresh with a new identifier
Analytics (Google Firebase) uses a random app instance identifier, not your identity. On both Android and iOS, uninstalling the Game and installing it again creates a new app instance identifier, so new analytics data is no longer linked to your past data through that identifier. This does not delete past data; to have it deleted, see section 3.
3. Ask us to delete analytics data
Analytics data linked to your device's app instance can be deleted on request. The easiest way, on Android and on iOS: in the Game, open Settings and tap Request data deletion. This opens an email to support@atta.games that already contains your app instance ID, the random identifier we need to find your records (the Game has no accounts, so we cannot find data by name). Just send it. If you cannot use the button, email support@atta.games with the subject "Trayful data deletion"; without the app instance ID we may not be able to find your records. We reply within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: analytics data linked to your app instance ID in Google Analytics for Firebase, our copies in our analytics data warehouse (Google BigQuery) and any per-player summaries we built from them.
- Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics cannot look up crash reports by app instance ID, so we cannot delete them one by one; Google starts deleting them automatically after 90 days.
- Kept: aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify any device.
- Google processes Firebase data for us as our service provider, and we delete it as described above. Data that Google Play and Google Ads hold under Google's own terms is controlled by Google; see our Privacy Policy and Google's privacy settings.
- Meta: if you use Facebook or Instagram, you can review and disconnect activity shared with Meta in Accounts Center under "Your activity off Meta technologies"; see Meta's Privacy Policy. To stop the Game from sending anything further to Meta, turn off "Ad personalization" in the Game's settings (Android, outside the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye). The iOS version does not include the Meta SDK and sends nothing to Meta.
- On Android, you can also reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your Android settings, so that new advertising measurement data is no longer linked to the old ID; this does not delete data already collected. On iOS, the Game does not read your advertising identifier (IDFA), so there is nothing to reset for the Game.
- Apple: Apple's SKAdNetwork reports on iOS do not identify you or your device, so there is nothing linked to you to delete there. Data Apple holds under your Apple Account (for example your App Store download history or your iCloud backups) is controlled by Apple.
